- No Pets, NO EXCEPTIONS! $500 cleaning fee for any violations!
- No smoking indoors (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarette (vaping) or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors). Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
- No drugs or illegal activity
- Absolutely NO parties, or events
- No Unauthorized guests overnight;
- Guests MUST be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult
- Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Use dark towels to remove any makeup (25$ charge if white bath towel is used, 15$ charge if white hand or face towel is used)
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce and/or eliminate noise volume between 10PM & 8AM
- Parking: The home can accommodate 3 vehicles in the driveway. In case you or a member of your party has to park on the street, please be conscientious and do not block access to other properties. The garage is off-limits for guests’ vehicles!
